Masonry and Ceramic Tile Institute of Oregon Mission Statement

To promote, educate, counsel and distribute technical information to Architects, Engineers and Design Professionals for the improvement of the Masonry and Ceramic Tile Industry.

The Masonry and Ceramic Tile Institute of Oregon is the technical resource center and promotional voice of the local masonry and ceramic tile industry.

The Institute maintains a complete library on masonry and ceramic tile design and installation. We are actively involved in research and testing to improve materials and construction techniques. We work closely with other key industry organizations to develop and improve building codes and standards while providing maximum protection to life and property.

Service to the Design Profession

Service to the design profession is provided through a variety of activities. They include:

Sponsoring presentations and meetings
Counseling of individual architects and engineers
Distribution of technical literature
